Ocean Lakes Parking Policies:

• At Family Tides, there is enough parking for 4 vehicles and 1 trailer. Parking of these vehicles and/or trailer must be parked on the concrete. No parking is allowed on the wooden planks. Additional trailers or vehicles will need to be parked in overflow or remote parking (details below.) This also goes for anyone visiting the site. Street parking is not allowed at anytime. This can be dangerous if there is an emergency. You can park in front of the house and on the left side of the house.

• Ocean Lakes does require parking passes per vehicle per day. $15 per day per vehicle

• In order to get your car passes to enter Ocean Lakes, I will need your permeant address to complete the Ocean Lakes parking forms. Once I have your address, I will complete the parking pass forms and Ocean Lakes will mail your car passes to you and will send you an email regarding payment for the passes and details on express check in.

• Overflow Parking: This lot is located inside Ocean Lakes at the South Gate area, a few blocks from Family Tides home. This overflow lot has limited parking and is first come first serve.

• Remote Parking: This is recommended when overflow parking is full, you don’t need access to your vehicle and/or want to save money. This is a $10 pass and is only valid for remote parking and does not allow the vehicle to enter Ocean Lakes Campground. To get this pass you will need to visit the main office where they will give you the pass and an access card that will open the gate on Wellsford Avenue. The remote parking lot is located in the Ocean Lakes West Lot located on Wellsford Avenue adjacent to the Exxon Station on Hwy 544 (.3 miles from Ocean Lakes Main Entrance).

• Temporary Short-Term Parking: Short Term parking is available if additional space at you site is preferred. This parking lot is $10 daily and is located within our Camper Storage lot adjacent to the Remote Parking area. To get this pass you will need to visit the main office where they will register your utility trailer, boat, motorcycle trailer.
