MH15B Rules

1. Golf cart violations or any violations from Ocean Lakes Family Campground that occur during your stay will result in IMMEDIATE removal from the property, no reimbursement for remaining stay, full loss of damage deposit, and further legal action for certain situations. Please make yourself familiar with the Ocean Lakes Family Campground Policies, and Golf Cart Policies. This includes but is not limited to lewd music, open containers, speeding, vulgar language in front of other campers, etc.
2. Please treat this home as if it were your own. With that being said, the departure cleaning is included in your vacation stay. A departure cleaning does not include homes that are left with full refrigerators/freezer, or in a complete disarray. Make sure you have all belongings with you, and furniture is put back where you found it.
3. Security Cameras that are unplugged or shut off at any time will result in immediate removal from the property, with loss of remaining stay and total damage deposit. They are located on the OUTSIDE of the home.
4. A fire pit in not provided but you are allowed to use one as long as the fire pit is located outside on the ground floor in a safe place, an adult is present and supervising the fire, no fire is lit overnight and all wood, debris and messes are cleaned up.
5. Pets are NOT allowed on this property, no exceptions. Evidence of pets will result in total loss of damage deposit.
6. Do not park at other sites. Calls from security or other homeowners about not respecting property boundaries will result in immediate removal, and loss of damage deposit. There is enough parking for FOUR vehicles and 1 trailer. Parking of these vehicles and/or trailer must be parked on the concrete. No parking is allowed on the wooden planks. Additional trailers or vehicles will need to be parked in overflow. This also goes for anyone visiting the site. Street parking is not allowed at anytime. This can be dangerous if there is an emergency. You can park in front of the house and on the left side of the house.
7. Keep noise at a reasonable level. Ocean Lakes can give noise violations especially during quiet time hours of 11pm to 7am. No loud, or profane music. Do not idle/ rev your vehicles for extended periods of time in front of the property, that noise is not appreciated or tolerated. Be kind and aware that other families close to you may have little kids or babies.
8. Underage drinking is not tolerated at any time. It will result in immediate removal from the property. Parents, you are responsible for what your child does at all times in the campground.

Also, for adults that are of drinking age. Citations can be given for drinking and driving on golf carts, reckless driving, and open containers. Beverages MUST be in a coozie or container when on the golf cart.

Underage drinking and driving, or underage drinking in the campground caught by security is an immediate infraction on the property. If I catch anything on my cameras during your stay or am made of aware of anything by neighbors or friends who watch our properties, there will be no exceptions in ending your stay early.

Ocean Lakes Family Campground holds the homeowner accountable for all incidents. Your family renting one of my homes is considered as being my guest. We want to continue to privately rent and offer the amenities O.L.F.C.G has.
